We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced E-Commerce Sales Manager to join our team at SoftSandila. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a strong focus on driving revenue growth through e-commerce channels.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue through e-commerce channels, leveraging expertise in sales, marketing, and web development.
  2. Webstore Optimization: Optimize the webstore experience to drive more traffic and conversions, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  3. Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reporting and analytics to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  4. E-commerce Channel Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses of e-commerce channels to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  5. Profitability and Sales Targets: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set and achieve profitability and sales targets for e-commerce channels.
  6. Inventory Management: Implement effective inventory management strategies to ensure optimal stock levels and pricing.
  7. Technical Requirements: Oversee the technical requirements of the webstore, ensuring seamless user experiences and high website uptime.
  8. Feedback and Guidance: Provide constructive feedback and guidance to Marketing, Sales, Logistics, and Vendors on webstore performance.
  9. Promotional Direction: Offer strategic guidance on promotional activities and pricing strategies for the webstore.
  10. Marketing Plan Update: Develop and maintain an updated online marketing plan for the webstore, aligning with business goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  1. Proven Sales Track Record: Possess a proven sales track record of increasing sales, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  2. Organizational Skills: Demonstrate great organizational skills and attention to detail, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  3. SEO Experience: Leverage search engine optimization (SEO) experience to improve webstore visibility and drive organic traffic.
  4. Pay-per-Click Experience: Utilize pay-per-click experience to optimize ad campaigns and drive conversions.
  5. e-commerce Experience: Possess e-commerce experience, with a strong understanding of consumer behavior and online purchasing habits.
  6. Business Mathematics: Display a solid grasp of business mathematics and terminology, applying numerical analysis to drive business decisions.
  7. Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  8. Time Management: Showcase the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  9. Distribution Sales Model: Possess a basic understanding of channel distribution sales models, optimizing sales strategies to drive growth.
