Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Control Room Operator, your primary duties include:

  • Executing operational tasks within a plant to ensure seamless operation.
  • Operating the plant according to established policies, procedures, and operation profiles to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Assisting in start-up, shut-down, and normal operations of power plant systems.
  • Optimizing and adjusting processes, flows, settings, and other customer plant performance features based on guidance from technicians and supervisors.
  • Maintaining tools and equipment to ensure they remain in good working order.
  • Monitoring and reporting task and activity status to ensure timely completion.
  • Identifying and resolving routine problems within the scope of work and escalating complex issues to higher levels.
Key Requirements

Diploma/B.E. in Electrical with a minimum of five years of experience is required.

Desired Skills

Good cultural knowledge, strong communication skills, teamwork abilities, quality, health, safety, and environment awareness, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are desired.
