Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Tele Sales Executive – Solar Energy, based in Lahore. The Tele Sales Executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our solar energy solutions, answering customer queries, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves generating sales leads, following up with prospects, closing sales, and maintaining customer relationships. Some work-from-home flexibility is available for this position.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers
- Sales experience and a track record of meeting sales targets
- Knowledge of renewable energy, particularly solar energy systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage customer inquiries effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in the energy sector is a plus
