Warehouse Manager Position

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage all warehouse operations to ensure smooth day-to-day activities.
  2. Ensure that all necessary resources are available at the warehouse for efficient operations.
  3. Prepare and implement Inbound and Outbound Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  4. Maintain accurate inventory management and ensure the accuracy of warehouse operations.
  5. Document all warehouse activities properly.
  6. Facilitate customer selectors and guide them to the warehouse.
  7. Ensure timely sampling of cotton arriving at warehouses.
  8. Ensure on-time and in-full delivery to customers.
  9. Verify the accurate weighing of all trucks at warehouses.
  10. Conduct tare weighing of cotton bales at the warehouse.
  11. Perform moisture testing at the warehouse for all cotton arrivals.
  12. Explore new warehouses for updated inventory.
  13. Ensure compliance with LDC Safety guidelines at all warehouses.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned on a temporary or permanent basis.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • At least 2-3 years of professional experience in handling warehouse operations.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both speaking and writing).
  • Ability to handle pressure and multitasking.
  • Knowledge of Warehouse Management and Inventory Management principles.
