Six Sigma Excellence Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Lean Six Sigma initiatives, focusing on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will be responsible for training and mentoring Green Belt candidates, guiding them through the Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control (DMAIC) methodology, and providing ongoing support and coaching to help them apply Lean Six Sigma tools to their projects.
In addition, the role involves reviewing project charters, monitoring project progress, and contributing to the definition, organization, and delivery of training sessions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Lean Six Sigma, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to drive cultural change and continuous improvement within an organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train and mentor Green Belt candidates in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
- Guide project teams through the DMAIC methodology and provide ongoing coaching and support.
- Review project charters and monitor project progress to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, preferably Master Black Belt.
- Previous experience teaching Lean Six Sigma certifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
