PMO Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented coordinator to join our Project Management Office (PMO) team. In this role, you will provide critical support to project managers and contribute to the development of standardized project templates and policies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the development of PMO policies and procedures aligned with PMI guidelines.
  • Assist in creating project templates, reports, and documentation to streamline project execution.
  • Support PMO governance initiatives by ensuring compliance with standardized project management methodologies.
  • Track project performance using reports, dashboards, and project documentation.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure consistency in project planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Maintain PMO documentation, records, and knowledge repositories.
  • Participate in project audits and reviews to ensure adherence to PMO policies and best practices.
  • Identify process enhancements and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support to PMO leadership.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, IT, or a related field.
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in a PMO or project management role.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with PMI guidelines and PMO best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) is preferred.
