IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

  • The Manager PMO will serve as the strategic and executional arm of the Chief Business Sales Officer (CBSO), supporting the operationalization of the management system, driving cross-functional coordination, and ensuring accountability across key initiatives. The role will oversee the execution of transformational programs, manage recurring performance forums, support sales operations, coordinate risk and investment monitoring, and ensure alignment with internal stakeholders to deliver business impact.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

  • Support the GCBSO in operationalizing the complete management system by ensuring the structured execution of recurring business reviews, performance tracking, and alignment forums.
  • Support the GCBSO in managing and executing transformational initiatives by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, tracking progress on action items, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Enable seamless coordination of sales closure activities by collaborating with cross-functional teams. Maintain oversight of the sales pipeline to ensure alignment with business targets and timelines.
  • Serve as the department coordinator for the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) board. Ensure all risk-related documentation, actions, and communications are effectively maintained and disseminated within the department.
  • Track and monitor departmental investments related to driving incremental sales.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Business Administration/Project Management.
  • Certification in Project Management will be a plus.

Experience:

  • Up to 5 Years of relevant experience and 2 years of experience in Managerial role.
