The role of Chief Medical Officer requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills and a track record of leadership and collaboration.

Job Description
  • Oversee the credentialing and privileging of faculty, ensuring they attain and maintain privileges.
  • Evaluate and update policies in line with international standards to ensure high-quality care.
  • Supervise medical records review, accreditation, and certifications, including JCI accreditation.
  • Foster a strong academic and service environment across campuses, promoting quality bedside teaching and 24/7 medical coverage.
  • Manage risk and medico-legal issues, monitoring clinical outcomes and addressing patient complaints and incidents.

This position involves leading the clinical vision of the organization, guiding hospital departments to ensure high standards of care and affordability.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing innovative clinical programs through collaboration with internal and external partners.
  • Ensuring quality education and training for undergraduate and postgraduate medical students.
  • Supporting patient-centered care, enhancing operational efficiency, and improving patient experience.
Eligibility Criteria
  • Medical degree from a recognized institution.
  • Valid medical license.
  • Academic rank of Associate Professor or higher, with at least 10 years of clinical experience, including 5 years in leadership.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment and drive change.
