Job Description:

This role involves managing billing inquiries, researching outstanding items and generating invoices. Collaborating with internal departments ensures timely case resolution. Support is also provided for sales team operations to close sales and generate quotes.

A thorough understanding of the Quote-to-Cash process is required for troubleshooting issues.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee billing status by resolving inconsistencies and errors.
  • Analyze documents for accuracy and completeness, acquiring missing data as necessary.
  • Create customized invoices.
  • Review and validate credits, issue refunds and address payment disputes.
  • Evaluate the billing process and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure proper cutoff periods for month-end procedures.
  • Serve as primary contact for billing support cases.
  • Provide accurate reports.
  • Support vendor operations and address related concerns.
  • Generate customized billing according to requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with other functional teams for data quality and consistency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Independent self-starter who can adapt to fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to solve problems and think on your feet.
  • Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Zuora or Salesforce.com is an asset.
