We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to support our business in a variety of ways.
Key Responsibilities:- Create engaging content for company and client websites and social media platforms.
- Coordinate between internal teams to complete projects efficiently.
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and project updates.
- Assist with day-to-day operations, manage correspondence, prepare reports, presentations, and documents.
- Recruitment activities including job ads, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Manage company's social media presence on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Prior experience in marketing or administrative roles is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- The ability to multitask and manage time effectively is crucial.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is necessary.
- Attention to detail and a creative mindset are important.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required.
