Sales Development Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Development Specialist with expertise across various industries. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our account portfolio, identifying new sales opportunities, and developing strategic plans to meet and exceed sales quotas.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales, exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to understand client needs and translate them into actionable sales strategies. You will also possess strong analytical skills to assess market trends and performance metrics, and be familiar with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and expand our account portfolio to drive revenue growth
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in insurance, real estate, and software sectors
  • Develop strategic plans to meet and exceed sales quotas, including setting goals and objectives, creating sales forecasts, and tracking progress
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners through effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs, and provide insights to inform sales strategies
  • Prepare proposals, deliver presentations, and negotiate deals to close sales
  • Provide exceptional post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution and follow-up
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in Creative Hive USA and Canada account sales, insurance, real estate, and software sales
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand client needs and translate them into actionable sales strategies
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and performance metrics
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
