Operations Analyst Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Analyst to support our business operations. This dynamic role involves setting up and running reporting functions, managing opportunity intake, and maintaining technology platforms.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, passionate about system functionality and process improvement, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

They must drive efficiency & transparency, sustainable improvements, and be part of a fun and highly collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and participate in opportunity qualification meetings, review documentation, and set up SharePoint / Teams for assignments and collaboration.
  • Work with stakeholders & leaders to capture key actions and follow up for closure.
  • Data gathering & organization – Develop and maintain operational reports and dashboards to support decision-making and performance tracking by curating data from multiple sources.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate data and insights to stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve data inconsistencies or issues, ensuring data quality.
  • Develop or refine analytical tools and systems to improve data collection and analysis processes.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as statistics, data analytics, or business administration.
  • Certifications: in relevant data analysis software or techniques.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) for data management and reporting.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and Power Query.
  • Experience with SharePoint for content management and collaboration.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar IT service management platforms.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to write and maintain clear process and technical documentation, and effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills. They must also be proficient in automation tools like Power Automate or Alteryx.
