Marketing Analytics Specialist

Rocket Lab is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Analytics Specialist to join its team. This role involves developing standardized sales reporting and analytics. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent attention to detail and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

This role requires working with the latest tools and technologies to bring together unstructured data and derive actionable insights into the performance of our sales organization. The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to establish data pipelines for business-critical KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and build complex data sets by extracting and cleansing data from various systems.
  • Develop and maintain automated, self-service dashboards using Snowflake and Tableau.
  • Partner with marketing and sales stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and develop analytical solutions.
  • Support marketing teams with analysis and reporting to drive success.
Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree in a quantitative field such as Engineering or Mathematics.
  • 3-5+ years of experience working in a Sales or Marketing Business Intelligence or related role with experience in working with sales systems such as Salesforce.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL with a minimum of 2 years experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Snowflake, Tableau, and other business intelligence applications.
