Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Market Research Lead to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine data analysis and client consultation to gain insights into consumer behavior.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client servicing teams to achieve operational performance indicators.
  • Adept in independently handling all stages of customized market research projects, including RFPs, proposals, project launch, questionnaire design, presentation preparation, and account management.
  • Maintain accurate client business profiles for senior management.
  • Drive client satisfaction by providing actionable recommendations and value-added analyses during presentations or reviews.
  • Undertake sales activities independently or with senior staff to prepare and deliver proposals.
  • Ensure revenue generation from assigned client portfolios and proper contract costing to meet targets.

Requirements

  • Postgraduate or MBA degree from a well-known institute.
  • At least 5 years' experience in data analytics and client servicing.
  • Strong client focus, proactiveness, working knowledge of statistics and multivariate analysis, and research techniques.
  • Proactive, able to influence and persuade, and possess strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Data analysis and interpretation skills, as well as verbal and written communication skills.
  • Efficient time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Maturity and creative problem-solving skills.
