
Customer Services Executive

Lead Market Technology Solutions Limited is running a BPO which handles UK based projects specifically in Personal Injury Claims.
LMTS is seeking result-oriented candidates who can manage their own workload independently to ensure contribution to the company and within the team, for the position of Customer Care Representative.
Ideal candidates should be quick learners with strong communication and analytical skills. Individuals must be fluent in English speaking with a neutral or British accent. Before you apply for this job, read it carefully:
Product knowledge and training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain email correspondence.
- Exhibit a professional attitude when dealing with customers.
- Have a primary knowledge of using computers and internet research.
- Understand the impact of attitude in handling calls professionally.
- Apply proper telephone etiquette to satisfy various customer situations.
- Demonstrate good teamwork skills and the ability to work unsupervised.
Be able to write succinctly and precisely with good diction, grammar, and sentence structure.
Verbal:
- Fluent speaker with a neutral/British accent preferred, with appropriate use of tenses.
- Active listening skills to understand customer needs quickly and be able to summarize to validate the same.
- Must have a good command of the English language and basic computer skills.
Must be able to work 5 days a week.
Call center experience is a plus.
Other Job Details:
Timing: Summer 01:00 PM to 09:30 PM, Winters: 02:00 PM to 10:30 PM.
Females - Apply ONLY if you can work in the afternoon shift.
No transportation services are provided.

Remuneration will be offered depending on your English communication skills and experience.
