Senior Venture Builder

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Venture Builder to spearhead the discovery of attractive market opportunities, identify jobs to be done, and develop business models for new high-margin digital-first companies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Opportunity Discovery: Determine problems we're solving, for whom, why, and the market size.
  • Value Proposition Definition: Define value proposition, go-to-market strategy, roadmap, financial model, including unit economics, scaling levers, and success metrics in 1-3 years.
  • Minimum Lovable Product Launch: Launch and iterate on the Minimum Lovable Product/Service (MLP/S) using low/no code tools, measuring key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Interim Founder Leadership: Lead as an interim founder until external leadership is hired, help recruit, and assist existing ventures when needed.
Requirements:
  • Bias for Action: Move with urgency and focus, being pragmatic and decisive, especially when risks are low.
  • Courage Under Fire: Demonstrate courage and willingness to take ownership of high-risk tasks, doing the full cycle from initial idea triage to pitching recommendations to the Founding Partners.
  • No Work is Beneath You: Showcase a get-shit-done attitude, with a hands-on approach to achieving results.
  • Strong Opinions Loosely Held: Love numbers and back decisions with data, researching new topics and tracking KPIs, even manually cleaning, crunching, and enriching data for an evidence-driven approach.
  • Optimism as an Operating System: Maintain a positive baseline, handle high-pressure situations with timely reactions, and offer candid feedback.
