Grant Writer

We are seeking an experienced Grant Writer to join our team. This role involves conducting comprehensive research on local, state, federal, private, and foundation grants, identifying new grant opportunities, and developing persuasive proposals that align with funding goals.

The ideal candidate will have strong written English skills, proficiency in AI tools, and excellent analytical and time management skills. Additionally, the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences and collaborate with cross-functional teams is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Research and Proposal Development: Conduct thorough research on grant opportunities, develop compelling proposals, and ensure compliance with funding guidelines.
  2. Grant Management: Track grant revenue, manage award allocation, and distribute funds according to organizational protocols.
  3. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather data, provide updates, and maintain accurate records of past and present grant opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in grant writing, research, and proposal development.
  • Exceptional written English skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in AI tools like Copilot, ChatGPT, or other content generation platforms.
  • Strong analytical and time management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, English, or a related field; preference given to candidates with a master's degree.
