Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily activities of warehouse staff, including task allocation and progress monitoring.
  • Ensure adequate staffing and efficient use of manpower and equipment during each shift.
  • Implement safety protocols, conduct regular inspections, and monitor facility standards to maintain a high level of quality.
  • Collaborate with inventory officers to ensure accurate real-time inventory management and stock rotation.
  • Support in conducting cycle counts, stock takes, and resolving inventory discrepancies.
  • Escalate operational issues and provide regular updates to the warehouse manager.
Requirements
  • Graduate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar leadership role.
