Warehouse Operations Specialist

This is a supervisory role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the warehouse, ensuring that all operations are conducted in line with set standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily warehouse activities including inbound, storage, order fulfilment, dispatch, and returns in line with set standards.
  • Ensure all operations are conducted in line with individual customer SOPs and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Support planning and coordination of manpower, equipment, and space to ensure efficient operations across clients.
  • Manage stock control: receipt, storage, retrieval and timely delivery of goods; shipment loading & transferring;
  • Ensure accuracy in documentation and data entry into WMS.
  • Act as an operational point of contact for multiple clients, addressing day-to-day service and compliance-related queries.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
  • 4-5 years of relevant experience.
