Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive walk up sales and ATM revenues by supporting teams.
  • Collaborate with leaders to elevate customer service levels at stores.
  • Manage people, including coaching, performance-based rostering, annual leave management, retention, recruitment, and performance management.
  • Contribute to product launches and promotions.
  • Oversee inventory and margins across the airport.
  • Execute operations according to standard operating procedures and coach staff on operational disciplines.
  • Support communication for site staff and management.
  • Manage local relationships (landlords, airports etc) – day-to-day operational account management.
  • Undertake company training within required timescales & of the entire team.
  • Promote best practices within the airport.
  • Support and embed other related activities as required by the business.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the financial services industry, preferably in foreign exchange or retail, with at least 2 years' experience as a Sales Manager.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of effectively managing and motivating teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Solid knowledge of inventory management and financial acumen.
  • Ability to uphold compliance with industry regulations.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Will to undergo required training and develop skills continuously.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and driving operational efficiencies.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
