Warehouse Operations Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to oversee and coordinate daily warehousing activities. The ideal candidate will manage inventory, optimize logistics processes, lead a warehouse team, and ensure the safe and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

Responsibilities
  1. Oversee warehouse operations, team management, and inventory control.
  2. Plan, organize, and manage overall warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and fulfilment of customer requirements.
  3. Monitor and review monthly scorecards and KPIs, ensuring performance meets targets.
  4. Manage overall headcount including direct labor, and temporary labor.
  5. Ensure optimal utilization of space and resources
  6. Ensure adherence to SOPs and improve safety, security, environmental, and quality standards through inspections.
  7. Manage stock control, including receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely delivery of goods.
  8. Identify training needs and ensure a safe working environment for all operational staff.
  9. Liaise with customers, stakeholders and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in similar position
