Job Role Overview

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service through timely and effective installations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement policies, goals, objectives and procedures for sales operations.
  • Manage and monitor all operational activities of sites and projects.
  • Enhance and develop site procedures and team through learning and development initiatives.
  • Verify daily site schedules to ensure seamless operations.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently while liaising with relevant stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot site-related issues and develop contingency plans accordingly.
  • Effectively manage sales operations expenses.
  • Ensure timely availability of stock at the warehouse by coordinating with the head office.
  • Optimize warehouse management for efficient deliveries and stock levels.
  • Maintain the security and upkeep of showrooms, stores, and warehouses.
  • Supervise general administration, housekeeping teams, local purchases, and store operations.
  • Process bill payments for contractors and vendors.
  • Train contractors and supervisors to enhance their skills and knowledge.
