Senior Executive Learning Professional

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Executive Learning professional to lead high-impact learning initiatives that drive business performance.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Learning Strategy and Needs Analysis
      • Conduct thorough training needs analyses to identify skill gaps and develop measurable learning objectives.
      • Align programs with competency frameworks and organizational goals.
    • Program Design and Delivery
      • Design blended learning programs combining instructor-led, e-learning, microlearning, coaching and social learning approaches.
      • Build engaging assets using the ADDIE methodology and facilitate interactive workshops and virtual sessions.
      • Evaluate program content against modern scientific research and best practices.
    • Digital Learning and LMS/E-Library Administration
      • Configure and maintain the learning management system (LMS) and e-content libraries.
      • Ensure seamless learning experiences across all platforms.
      • Update and maintain e-learning modules to meet evolving business needs.
    • Measurement and ROI
      • Evaluate program effectiveness using Kirkpatrick Levels 1–4 and report outcomes and recommendations.
      • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) including completion rates, engagement levels, time-to-competence, transfer of learning and return on investment (ROI).
    • Stakeholder and Vendor Management
      • Collaborate with business leaders to prioritize learning needs and manage external vendors and content libraries.
      • Coordinate logistics, communications and learner support.
    • Talent Development and Culture
      • Develop and implement competency-based curricula for onboarding, leadership development and career pathways.
      • Champion inclusive and accessible learning experiences across the organization.
    • Operations and Governance
      • Maintain learning calendars, budgets, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and audit-ready documentation.
      • Uphold data integrity, privacy and learning quality standards.
