The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in business analysis and presales processes, operates with high independence, and serves as a trusted advisor to both internal stakeholders and clients.
Key Responsibilities- Requirement Gathering & Discovery: Lead strategic discovery workshops to uncover client pain points and capture detailed business requirements.
- Presales & Proposal Ownership: Take full ownership of the proposal lifecycle from shaping solution narratives to aligning pricing models and overseeing submission processes.
- POC/Prototype Leadership: Drive the design execution and client delivery of Proof of Concepts (POCs) showcasing solution feasibility and creating competitive differentiation.
- Cross-Functional Engagement: Collaborate extensively with Sales, Delivery, Product Marketing, and Finance teams to co-create solution architectures and execution plans that are viable, compelling, and aligned with business goals.
Presales & BA Expertise:
- Proven track record of leading complex proposals and solution design.
- Deep understanding of the presales lifecycle, business cases, RFPs/RFIs, and value engineering.
Able to align pursuit strategy with long-term business objectives, market trends, and solution strengths, bringing a strategic lens to solution storytelling and win themes.
Skilled in leading conversations with senior stakeholders and managing multiple internal teams toward aligned presales goals, demonstrated ability to navigate and synthesize input across functions, Sales, Tech, Finance, and Legal.
Operates with high independence, owning full pursuit cycles with minimal oversight, bringing structure, accountability, and clarity to every deal, invested in team capability building, mentoring junior staff, sharing learnings, and contributing reusable frameworks and assets to drive organizational learning.
Exceptional written and verbal communication, including experience preparing C-level proposals, client presentations, and handling executive-level objections or escalations.
Technical Know-How:
- Solid understanding of software architecture, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Comfortable reading technical documentation, engaging with engineering teams on system design integration, and performance trade-offs.
- Familiarity with modern application stacks and basic proficiency in tools such as Postman, SQL, or Jira.
