
USA Solar Campaign Specialist

The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or sales, preferably in the solar or energy solutions industry. Fluency in English is required, along with a persuasive and engaging approach.
Responsibilities:- Cold Calling: Engage with homeowners across the USA to promote solar energy solutions.
- Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify potential customers who can benefit from solar energy.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule consultations with interested homeowners for our solar specialists.
- Follow-Ups: Re-engage with warm leads and nurture potential customers.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in the system.
- Sales Pitch: Effectively communicate the benefits of switching to solar, including cost savings and incentives.
To succeed in this role, you must be self-motivated, able to work independently, and meet sales targets. Additionally, you should be comfortable using dialers, CRMs, and communication tools, and have a reliable internet connection and necessary equipment.
