Overview of the role:

We're hiring a Senior AI Software Engineer to develop and implement LLM-powered solutions. You will build scalable AI systems while adhering to backend engineering best practices.

Expectations from the role:
  • Design, implement, and optimize LLM inference pipelines for scalable deployment.
  • Lead and execute LLM fine-tuning projects, tailoring models for domain-specific and task-specific applications.
  • Develop and refine prompt engineering strategies to enhance model performance and reliability.
  • Build robust, scalable backend services using Python frameworks such as Django and FastAPI.
  • Containerize applications with Docker for consistent deployment across environments.
  • Maintain high code quality through comprehensive testing and clear documentation.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • At least 2 years of Python development experience.
  • Proven experience with LLM implementation, inference, and fine-tuning.
  • Experience with fine-tuning techniques and frameworks like PEFT, QLoRA, LLaMA-Adapter, Hugging Face Transformers.
  • Experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or OpenAI SDK.
  • Proficiency in prompt engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of Django and FastAPI.
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (preferred).
  • Knowledge of vector databases and embedding models.
