Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Software Engineering Architect to spearhead the design, development, and scaling of our AI-powered integration infrastructure.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the technical vision, architecting, optimizing, and scaling our AI-driven integration infrastructure.

Key responsibilities include designing and optimizing low-latency, high-throughput distributed systems capable of handling millions of transactions per second/minute, leveraging AI/ML to enhance automation, data mapping, and intelligent API connectivity.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will drive initiatives to ensure sub-millisecond API response times and seamless scaling, implement world-class security best practices across API authentication, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.

As a leader and mentor, this individual will foster a culture of technical excellence, knowledge-sharing, and continuous improvement among engineers.

Requirements

A minimum of 10 years of hands-on software engineering experience in high-scale SaaS, API, or distributed systems is required.

The candidate must have a proven track record of designing, building, and scaling distributed systems handling millions of transactions per second/minute with sub-millisecond latency.

Deep expertise in backend development using Java, Python, or Node.js is essential.

Strong understanding of high-performance, low-latency computing, caching strategies, and database optimization is also necessary.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with iPaaS tools like Mulesoft, Workato, or Tray.io is a plus.
