Sales Leadership Role: Unlock Your Potential as a Senior Business Development Manager
About the Job:
As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will lead the Sales team to achieve outstanding results. Your primary responsibilities include coaching and training your team to meet sales targets, understanding clients' requirements, and providing leadership and guidance.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Salesforce management while ensuring your team has the necessary skills to meet sales targets.
- Understand clients' needs and effectively communicate them to your team.
- Provide leadership and guidance to your team to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets.
- Educate clients about property units and equip your team with the knowledge and tools needed to demonstrate and market properties effectively.
- Clients will be given demonstrations, site visits, and timely closure of deals.
- Follow up with clients to understand evolving changes in requirements and ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Maintain good relationships with clients and actively seek new business opportunities through networking and relationship building.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Degree-level education or equivalent practical experience.
- A strong passion for sales, with commitment and focus on excellence, team building, and customer service.
- 6-10 years of sales experience (managing teams is preferable).
- Local and international exposure through partner ventures.
