Commercial Activities Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to join our team in Karachi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing techno-commercial support, sales engineering, communication, customer service, and sales activities related to Power & Utilities projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies for Power & Utilities product portfolio in the renewable, thermal, and Hydro sectors.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders in the power generation, transmission, and distribution sectors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market.
  • Manage and grow key accounts as defined by the Sales Manager and BL Manager.
  • Provide technical and commercial support to clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electrical power, or in a relevant field.
  • 4-8 years of experience in Sales/BD in the renewable, thermal, and hydro sectors or related.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including pricing strategies, financial modeling, and contracts negotiation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical and commercial information clearly and concisely to clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software. Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce) is an advantage.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in technical and financial documentation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client needs and align them with tailored solutions.
