Business Development Trainee Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and enhance company growth.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their recruitment needs and ensure satisfaction.
  3. Conduct thorough market research to identify new markets and opportunities within the recruitment industry.
  4. Prepare and present customized recruitment service proposals and contracts to prospective clients.
  5. Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads and promote our services.
  6. Develop strategic business plans to expand the client base and drive revenue growth.
  7. Negotiate contracts, service agreements, and pricing with clients to secure partnerships.
  8. Collaborate with recruitment consultants to ensure client requirements are met efficiently and effectively.
  9. Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and manage leads through various stages of the sales cycle.
  10. Track sales performance, create detailed business reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

  • Substantial use of LinkedIn
  • Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Business, Communications, Management, Career Services, Human Services, Social Science

Program Details:

This is a 6-month trainee program with the potential for a permanent position. A monthly salary will be provided during the training period.
