Senior QA Lead Position

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Quality Assurance (QA) leader to spearhead our quality assurance initiatives. As a pivotal member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for overseeing all QA activities, ensuring seamless product lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee manual and automated testing processes to guarantee high-quality products.
  • Implement and enforce quality processes aligned with industry standards and organizational requirements.
  • Identify gaps in existing workflows and drive automation and process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure application reliability and performance across multiple environments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in QA or technical roles, with at least one year in leadership positions managing remote teams.
  • Industry experience in E-commerce, FinTech, or subscription-based environments is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in QA automation tools, release management tools, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems, CRM, Rest APIs, AWS, Jira, and Confluence.
