Job Title: Recruitment Manager

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Manager to play a critical role in shaping our recruitment strategy and driving employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain organization staff by establishing a recruiting program, counseling managers on candidate selection, conducting exit interviews, recommending changes.
  2. Maintain Database of all candidates and Pre-screening calls to analyze applicants' abilities.
  3. Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions).
  4. Coordinate with department heads to forecast goals and hiring needs.
  5. Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees, scheduling management conferences with employees, hearing and resolving employee grievances, counseling employees and supervisors.
  6. Maintain employee benefits programs and inform employees of benefits by studying benefit needs and trends, recommending benefit programs to management, designing educational programs on benefit programs.
  7. Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  8. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by keeping up with industry trends, reviewing publications, establishing personal networks and technical leads in the organization.
  9. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  10. Promote our company's reputation as a great place to work.

Skillset & Qualifications:

  1. Technical recruitment experience preferably in a technology firm.
  2. Ability to develop recruiting strategies that meet anticipated staffing needs.
  3. Experience of hiring and maintaining permanent staff.
  4. Experience of hiring and maintaining contractors using services like Upwork etc.
  5. Professional testing and interviewing cycle for candidates and screening IT resumes.
  6. Worked with HR systems.
  7. Build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  8. Ability to maintain company records.
  9. Knowledge of Labor laws and regulations.
  10. Detail-oriented and have strong interpersonal, listening and speaking skills.
  11. Highly motivated, self-driven and ambitious individual willing to take up workplace challenges.

Requirements:

  1. 03 to 07 years of proven work experience in the human resource department.
  2. BSc/MBA/BBA in Human Resources Management, IT or relevant field.
