Customer Care Professional for Aesthetic Services
A leading clinic is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Care Executive to join its team. As a Customer Care Professional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring clients receive excellent customer service and have a positive experience with the clinic.

 

About the Role

This position involves handling incoming calls and managing interactions on social media networks. You will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, providing accurate information about clinic services, scheduling appointments, and assisting clients in resolving any issues or complaints.

You will also engage with clients through social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) to address their queries and provide support. Additionally, you will monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media platforms, maintaining a positive and helpful tone.

Collaboration with the marketing team to develop engaging social media content and campaigns is also required. Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of clinic services and procedures, as well as updating and maintaining customer records while ensuring confidentiality, are key aspects of this role.

Requirements
  • Prior experience in a customer service or customer care role is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients are essential.
  • Familiarity with aesthetics clinic procedures and services is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms is necessary.
  • The ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with challenging situations is critical.
