Customer Care Executive For Aesthetic Clinic

Cosmetic Dermatology and Laser Centre, Pakistan

We are currently seeking a skilled and highly motivated Customer Care Executive to join our aesthetics clinic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling incoming calls and managing interactions on our social media networks. As a Customer Care Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive excellent customer service and have a positive experience with our clinic.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.

Provide accurate information about our clinic services.

Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's appointment calendar efficiently.

Assist clients in resolving any issues or complaints they may have.

Engage with clients through social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) to address their queries and provide support.

Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media platforms, maintaining a positive and helpful tone.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging social media content and campaigns.

Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our clinic services, procedures.

Update and maintain customer records and ensure confidentiality of all customer information.

Job Specification

Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer service or customer care role is preferred.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.

Familiarity with aesthetics clinic procedures and services is a plus.

Proficient in using social media platforms.

Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with challenging situations.
