Project Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading IT projects from conception to delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful project outcomes and the ability to drive execution across cross-functional teams.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to establish project goals, manage scope, timeline, and budget, and ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • At least 9-10 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Proven experience in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
