Job Title: Marketing Strategist

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, analyzing market trends, generating new business leads through effective marketing initiatives, increasing brand awareness and market share, coordinating marketing efforts with cross-functional teams, developing and managing the marketing department's activities, overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns, managing team performance, and preparing quarterly and annual reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, or business administration.
  • Master's degree in a relevant field is advantageous.
  • At least 7 years of experience as a marketing manager in construction material companies.
  • Proficiency in electronic marketing automation software.
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding principles.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
