Job Title: Product Strategist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies that align with our business objectives.

Your primary focus will be on identifying market trends, conducting competitor research, and creating user stories, use cases, and BRDs to outline new product features. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Design, Software Engineering, and Quality Assurance, to drive the product vision and ensure cohesive integration.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent communication and influence skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams across departments. Your adaptability, customer-centric approach, and proactive mindset will enable you to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product roadmaps that align with overall company objectives.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to stay ahead of market trends.
  • Create user stories, use cases, and BRDs to clearly outline new product features.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the product vision and ensure cohesive integration.
  • Work closely with clients to gather feedback and understand customer needs.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Product Management Experience: 2+ years in B2B SaaS product management.
  • Excellent Communication and Influence Skills: Ability to work effectively with diverse teams across departments.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong knowledge of web applications, APIs, and UI/UX principles.
  • Adaptability: Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Proven ability to define customer workflows and processes within software applications.
