Senior ERP Consultant Role

We require a seasoned Senior ERP Consultant to work closely with our clients, understanding their business processes and implementing ERPNext solutions to meet their needs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ERPNext Implementation, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive projects forward.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Interact with potential clients to gauge requirements, demonstrate ERPNext features, and address any concerns they may have.
  • Help clients envision how our solutions can benefit their businesses.
  • Lead projects as an account manager, overseeing every aspect of project execution.
  • Be familiar with Agile Methodologies.
  • Work with the team to create project roadmaps, resolving technical hurdles and outlining migration tasks.
  • Conduct thorough requirement gathering sessions based on project plans.
  • Document all collected requirements clearly and apply ERP knowledge to determine necessary configurations and developments.
  • Develop visual representations of clients' business processes and requirements.
Essential Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in implementing ERPNext systems.
  • Prior experience in project implementation.
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A motivated individual with a high level of ownership.
  • Familiarity with various ERP modules and apps.
  • Able to effectively communicate both business and technical aspects.
  • Will to create a custom ERP solution using ERP Next and understanding its complexity.
