Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and motivate the existing sales team to enhance market penetration, increase sales, and expand margins for the major supplier of inks to the Ink Jet printing industry.
  2. Develop a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the local market for all Imaging Ink Graphic products.
  3. Proven experience in managing budgets, sales plans, and distribution development according to strategic sales regions is essential for success.
  4. Focusing on achieving business objectives and delivering results is crucial.
  5. Ability to continually monitor and respond to competitor activities and strategies is vital.
  6. Design and implement an effective strategic sales plan that drives growth and revenue.
  7. Possess leadership skills to guide a successful and experienced team of sales officers when required.
  8. Analyze sales and market trends to inform business decisions and drive innovation.
  9. Responsible for overseeing and controlling the sales team's performance and productivity.
  10. Prioritize achieving sales revenue and market share targets by developing and executing business plans with the sales team.
  11. Ensure effective coverage of territories and provide support to the Sales department.
Requirements:
  1. Mandatory travel within Pakistan is required for this position, with a minimum of 75% travel necessary for success.
  2. In-depth knowledge of the Graphic Imaging industry is essential for understanding the market and customer needs.
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary for effective interaction with clients and stakeholders.
  4. Fluency in English, Urdu, and Punjabi with strong communication skills to interact with clients locally is required.
  5. Experience in managing a sales force at a national level is preferred.
  6. Expertise in planning, directing, and controlling all sales and distribution operations is crucial.
  7. Thorough understanding of the local market and its dynamics is necessary for making informed decisions.
  8. Proficiency in computer applications is essential for efficient work processes.
