**Linux Server Administrator Role**
Job Overview:We seek an experienced Senior Linux Server Administrator to provide guidance, training and support to our development team in various technical areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain high availability Linux server environments using Ubuntu, CentOS and RHEL platforms
- Support developers with server setup, configuration, deployment and provisioning processes
- Deploy and maintain applications as Docker containers utilizing orchestration tools like Kubernetes
- Configure and manage reverse proxies, DNS services, network security, firewalls and access control lists
- Administer PostgreSQL databases including performance tuning, backup strategies and database migrations
- Implement and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions
- Monitor server performance, security and uptime using real-time monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana
- Manage containerized applications through Portainer.io and other container management platforms
- Configure NGINX Proxy Manager for load balancing, SSL termination and caching
- Provide mentorship and training to enhance the team's technical skills and knowledge base
