The Agentic Workflow Orchestrator is a strategic role that bridges senior product thinking, client solutions architecture, and project delivery. This position involves taking complex operational challenges and delivering fully executed AI agent workflows from discovery to deployment.

  • Owning end-to-end delivery of AI agent systems for enterprise clients, including breakdowns into structured workflows and execution plans.">
  • Interface directly with client operations and product stakeholders to clarify use cases, gather technical and process requirements, and manage delivery expectations.">
  • Converting ambiguous client SOPs into structured workflows, product specs, and execution plans.">
  • Collaborating tightly with engineers to design and ship automation-ready solutions.">
  • Leading structured implementation processes, including scoping, change management, UAT, and feedback integration.">
  • Anticipating risks, misalignments, and process breakdowns—and solving them before they slow us down.">

  • ">
  • 6+ years in product, solutions, or client delivery roles with a proven track record of working with external clients or partners to deploy complex systems.">
  • Experience owning delivery of B2B or enterprise software products or services, preferably in startup environments.">
  • Hands-on experience translating operational SOPs into structured workflows or software features.">
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver under pressure, with limited oversight and shifting priorities.">
  • Proficient with project management tools such as Notion, Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, or similar.">
