Compliance Software Specialist

We are looking for an experienced software specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing state-of-the-art compliance solutions that empower our financial institution clients. Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and implementing solutions tailored to financial institutions, working closely with business analysts and product owners to understand and analyze requirements, taking lead on challenging projects, providing technical guidance to junior team members, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

This is a contractual position for 1 year, renewable at the end of the term. As an integral part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to be a self-starter and play a foundational role in establishing an IT development team.

  • Develop compliance solutions for financial institutions.

To succeed in this role, you should have strong proficiency in .NET, React, and Nodejs, familiarity with compliance regulations within the financial sector, and excellent communication skills. Additionally, you should be a self-starter with excellent problem-solving abilities, proficient in DevOps tools and technologies, and possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, with a minimum of 7 years experience in software development and at least 3 years experience specifically in developing compliance solutions for financial institutions.
