Job Title: Janitorial Assistant

Description:

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to provide effective cleaning services in various facilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
  • Sanitize high-traffic areas, including restrooms, kitchens, common spaces, and other designated zones.
  • Ensure timely disposal of trash and recyclables.
  • Maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies.
  • Safely operate cleaning equipment and adhere to health and safety protocols.
  • Assist with laundry services as required.
  • Report maintenance or repair needs to management.
  • Carry out additional cleaning duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in janitorial services is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Good physical stamina and aptitude for cleaning tasks.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment is an asset.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
