Cleaner and Maintenance Professional


Job Description:

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Cleaner and Maintenance Professional to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of various facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure that assigned areas are kept neat, sanitary, and organized to create a safe and comfortable environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
  • Sanitize restrooms, kitchens, common areas, and other designated spaces
  • Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
  • Replenish cleaning and hygiene supplies as needed
  • Operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively
  • Follow established health and safety protocols
  • Assist with laundry services if required
  • Report any maintenance or repair needs to management

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not required
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Good physical stamina and ability to handle cleaning tasks
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is an advantage
