Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager to oversee the day-to-day financial operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise the accounts payable department and staff in a professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions, including accounts payable, general ledger, and project accounting.
  • Ensure that all financial systems, policies, and procedures adhere to company standards and are functioning accurately and efficiently.
  • Oversee the processing of payments and ensure that all financial obligations are met in a timely manner.
  • Manage tax-related processes and support AM taxation to ensure proper tax withholding and clearing of tax GLs.
  • Track and analyze financial expenditures, maintain databases, and provide reports as requested by supervisors.
  • Monitor and manage payment transactions and keep track of the status of all transactions within the company and with external vendors and contractors.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in a supervisory or executive role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting tools.
