Call Center Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Call Center Sales Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven individual who can effectively communicate with clients and close deals.

About the Job:

  1. We are looking for a sales professional who can locate and propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering and exploring opportunities.
  2. The ideal candidate will screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials.
  3. The successful candidate will examine risks and potentials of potential engagements.
  4. Closing new business deals will be achieved by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  5. The chosen candidate will protect the organization's value by keeping information confidential.
  6. Job knowledge will be updated by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  7. The selected individual will enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  8. The role requires adherence to company policies, standards, and procedures in the performance of job duties.

Requirements:

  • An undergraduate or graduate degree in a related field.
  • Proficient in Arabic language.
  • Excellent prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • A background in Computer Sciences and related fields will be a plus.
  • A high energy level with strong motivation for achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • The ability to understand and navigate through complex political environments.
  • The ability to work independently and as a team player.
  • The ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are critical.
  • Experience/knowledge of Hubspot CRM is a plus.
