Senior Product Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to coordinate with the preproduction department for the arrangement of CA on already committed dates. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 5 years of experience in denim textiles.

The role involves coordinating fabric and trim orders, issuing order acceptance forms, and performing quality follow-ups on different levels of production to ensure that the client's required quality standards are maintained.

The Senior Product Manager will also provide post-production support and service to clients, ensure zero complaints from customers on communication, and maintain a booking pipeline of assigned customer(s) full with interested product development that matures into profitable business.

  • Coordinate with the preproduction department for the arrangement of CA on already committed dates.
  • Place fabric and trim orders well in advance as per 'gantt' dates to ensure arrival of material on required dates.
  • Issue order acceptance forms and performa invoices for L/C establishment as soon as orders are confirmed and accepted.
  • Follow up on materials and production for on-time delivery.
  • Conduct quality follow-ups on different levels of production to ensure that the client's required quality standards are maintained.
  • Ensure that no materials/resources are wasted.
Key Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, ability to delegate authority and lead by example. They should also have excellent time management skills, being able to manage time and meet deadlines.

The Senior Product Manager should have good communication skills, being able to read/write and understand information and ideas presented in writing and communicate these ideas and information to colleagues.

They should also have basic computer skills, being able to use a computer and operate basic functions.
