Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our fast-growing startup. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding product strategy, defining requirements, and ensuring successful delivery of our consumer-facing products. This is a high-impact position working directly with company founders to shape our product vision and execution.

Required Experience:

  1. Minimum 6+ years of experience in product management with progressive responsibility
  2. Proven track record working with B2C products from conception to launch
  3. Extensive experience with the full lifecycle of user experience optimization, including user research, journey mapping, and metrics-driven improvements
  4. Startup experience required, with preference for experience at US-based startups
  5. Must provide portfolio or case studies of consumer-facing products you've managed with measurable outcomes and impact

Required Skills:

  1. Self-starter with demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative without close supervision.
  2. Strong ability to serve as an effective bridge between engineering and operations teams.
  3. Exceptional skill in translating day-to-day operational requirements into clear product features and technical specifications.
  4. Deep experience working in lean and agile environments, including sprint planning, backlog management, and prioritization.
  5. Expertise in building pragmatic, lean MVPs for efficiently testing outcomes and hypotheses.
  6. Strong data analysis capabilities to make informed product decisions.
  7. Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder management.
  8. Ability to balance competing priorities and manage scope effectively.
