Sales and Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team at Tankhaw. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing customer accounts, developing strategies and action plans to strengthen the customer base, and handling customer technical queries as the first point of contact.

  • Maintain baseline sales with all customers/regions.
  • Address customers' basic day-to-day technical queries and issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with market competition and develop effective counteractions.
  • Develop and maintain new products and customer prospects lists.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve growth objectives.
  • Contribute to the Innovation and Specialty Products Growth Drive.
  • Provide timely reports on market trends to line management.
  • Identify and anticipate future customer needs.
  • Effectively communicate the value delivered to customers through accurate quantification.
  • Develop strategic account plans in collaboration with the company and customer.
  • Identify new growth opportunities and work with the marketing and business development teams accordingly.
  • Become familiar with key decision makers, influencers, and gatekeepers within the customer's organization.
  • Expand the customer database by acquiring new customers.
