Job Title

A driven and innovative Performance Marketing Specialist is required to join our dynamic team. This exciting opportunity will see you developing, executing, and analysing paid campaigns that drive high-quality leads, conversions, and customer acquisition.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for creating and optimising digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, leveraging data-driven insights to inform your decisions and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and measure the success of their campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics and HubSpot.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute LinkedIn Ads and Google Search campaigns
  • Set up tracking and measurement systems to ensure campaign success
  • Develop and refine customer outreach funnels using outbound tools
  • Collaborate on landing page CRO, A/B testing, and retargeting strategy
  • Present actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 5-6 years' experience in performance marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or fintech
  • Deep hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and performance tracking tools
  • Agile mindset and comfortable adapting strategies on the go
